Residential garden lodges and chaletsThe residential garden lodges are fully compliant with Building Regulations. You’ll need Building Regulations on any structure over 30m2 (except Mobile Homes) regardless of planning. Built to exceed standards set for new-build housing, our lodges are suitable for permanent residence. Additionally being constructed from timber-frame, they’re 30-40% more energy efficient than block builds. Interiors are dry lined, plaster skimmed and painted like any normal house. We install all the plumbing, electrics, kitchens and bathrooms. Externally you can chose from natural stone, brick, render or timber-clad finishes.
