Timber framed construction in the UK is based on factory-made structural elements. Cladding is a matter of choice; it can be brick, stone or lightweight claddings, such as timber boarding, tile hanging or render.Factory production of the timber framed panels ensures that they are accurately manufactured to precise tolerances in a controlled environment away from the vagaries of the British weather.The timber frame panels are rapidly erected on site and, with trussed rafters forming the roof, a weathertight building can be created in a matter of days. This enables work to continue in protected conditions within the building whilst the outer cladding and roof finishes are applied.

Garden Lodges
The residential garden lodges are fully compliant with Building Regulations. You’ll need Building Regulations on any structure over 30m2 (except Mobile Homes) regardless of planning. Built to exceed standards set for new-build housing, our lodges are suitable for permanent residence. Additionally being constructed from timber-frame, they’re 30-40% more energy efficient than block builds. Interiors are dry lined, plaster skimmed and painted like any normal house. We install all the plumbing, electrics, kitchens and bathrooms. Externally you can chose from natural stone, brick, render or timber-clad finishes.
